Certificates of Service to the Community
April 21st 2011, Maundy Thursday, is also the 85th birthday of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
The Lord Lieutenant of Rutland, Dr. Laurence Howard, has kindly agreed that the High Sheriff should mark this happy occasion by granting Certificates for Service to the Community to individuals from across the county who have made a notable contribution during the lifetime of Her Majesty.
The Certificates will be awarded by the High Sheriff, attended by his Under Sheriff and Chaplain, in Oakham Castle at 11.00 am on Thursday April 21st 2011. Admission is by invitation only
