2010 Lady High Sheriffs' Luncheon

Anne Gee (High Sheriff of Shropshire 2008/2009) will host the 2010 Lady High Sheriffs' Luncheon at the Royal Thames Yacht Club in London on Thursday 14th October 2010. Details and an application form will be sent to serving Lady High Sheriffs for 2010 and to those In Nomination for both 2011 and 2012.

39th Annual General Meeting and Luncheon

The Association's 39th AGM-Luncheon will be held at The Fishmongers' Hall, London Bridge, London EC4R 9EL on Wednesday 3rd November 2010. The Agenda and Papers for the AGM and an Application Form for the Luncheon will be sent to all Members of the Association in mid-September 2010. The Nomination of High Sheriffs for 2011

The Ceremony of the Nomination of High Sheriffs for 2011-2013 will take place on Friday 12th November 2010 in Court 4 (The Lord Chief Justice's Court) at The Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL at the customary time of 2pm. At this Ceremony the names of those Nominated for the Office of High Sheriff for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 will be read out in Court.
Following the Court Ceremony, the Association will hold a 'Tea Party' for all those attending between 3pm and 4:30pm. The Secretary will be writing in late September/early October to all High Sheriffs In Nomination for 2011 and for 2012 inviting them to attend. This function provides a useful opportunity for those In Nomination to meet each other.
